You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not place commercial and/or unsolicited content pertaining to other websites and/or products and/or services on the video comment boxes. You may not use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Termination of Agreements
Please note that WedShooter.TV may terminate your account or your access to and use of the Services, with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at the Companyʼs sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to your failure to conform with these Terms. If you violate these Terms, the Company, in its sole discretion, may also require you to remedy any violation of these Terms, and/or take any other actions that the Company deems appropriate to enforce its rights and pursue all available remedies.
Upon the termination of your account, you will not receive a refund for any subscription fees previously charged to, or still remaining, on your account.
